The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our expanding team, reporting directly to the Head of Private Client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full range of private client matters, requiring a strong understanding of all aspects of Private Client law.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Private Client matters, including:
    • Wills and Estate Planning
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Trusts and Estates
    • Elderly Client Matters
    • Court of Protection and Deputyship
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a 'hands-on' approach to meet the needs of the business.
