Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has emerged within the expanding UK Shareholder Services team for a Client Reporting Specialist.

This position is dedicated to supporting UK Shareholder Services in the execution of essential client reporting, including regulatory documentation. You will have the chance to develop your skills through diverse tasks and engage in hands-on problem-solving. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are vital for the team's success.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and precise generation of reports for clients and external stakeholders, working closely with various departments across the organization.

The role necessitates a strong understanding of requests from relationship managers, clients, and external entities to produce accurate reports. This will involve synthesizing information from multiple sources and recognizing any data limitations. You may also need to convey clear requirements to IT teams to facilitate data extraction for fulfilling these requests.

Delivering high-quality and precise data that aligns with client expectations is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Implement clear processes and controls to meet requirements.
  • Effectively plan and execute tasks according to schedule.
  • Engage with relevant business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Maintain task delivery timelines and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the process to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Identify and implement improvements in team operations to enhance service quality and efficiency, supporting management in executing centrally driven changes.
  • Interact with internal and external clients on a variety of inquiries and requests for information.
  • Conduct data integrity checks and validations to ensure high-quality reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate to gather requirements and identify reporting needs.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with EQ Group Policy.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to adhere to established processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage time effectively and assist the team in prioritizing tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, using straightforward language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to identify process enhancements.
