Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our expanding UK Shareholder Services team for a Client Reporting Specialist.

This position is pivotal in supporting UK Shareholder Services by delivering essential client reporting, including regulatory documentation. You will have the chance to develop your skills through diverse tasks and actively contribute to crafting solutions. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are vital for the team's success.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and precise generation of reports for clients and external stakeholders, working closely with various departments across the organization.

The role necessitates the ability to comprehend and interpret requests from relationship managers, clients, and external parties to produce reports. This will involve synthesizing information from multiple sources and recognizing any data limitations. Additionally, you may need to articulate clear requirements to IT teams to facilitate data extraction for fulfilling these requests.

Delivering high-quality and accurate data that meets client specifications is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Implement clear processes and controls to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Effectively plan and adhere to timelines.
  • Engage with relevant business stakeholders and IT departments.
  • Maintain task delivery schedules and escalate issues when delivery is at risk.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the task lifecycle to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and implement improvements in team operations to enhance service quality and process efficiency, supporting management in executing centrally driven changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients on a variety of issues, inquiries, and requests for information or guidance.
  • Conduct data integrity checks and validations to ensure high-quality reporting outputs.
  • Work collaboratively to gather requirements and identify reporting needs.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Equiniti Group Policy.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to manage time effectively while assisting the team with priority tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to communicate clearly (both internally and externally) using straightforward language.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset capable of identifying process enhancements.
