About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Reception Supervisor at Park Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring all necessary documents and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Support: Assist the front office team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
