As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in our Spa.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of treatments to a high standard, utilizing your knowledge of REN products and techniques.
  • Supervise and motivate the Spa team to ensure exceptional service and high standards of quality.
  • Welcome clients into the Spa and ensure a 5-star experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage client bookings and phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Achieve retail targets and build a regular client base through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High standard of personal appearance and presentation.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Spa software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must have own transport for travel to and from work.
