  • Achieve retail targets by promoting and selling spa products and services to clients.
  • Build and maintain a regular client base, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and the spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High standard of personal appearance, with a professional and hygienic demeanor.
  • Computer literate, with experience using spa software and systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Good team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Must have own transport, with a valid driver's license.
