About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE, a leading provider of mobile and broadband services. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting EE's products and services to customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions, providing customers with accurate and informed advice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, driving business growth and revenue.
