We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Assistant Estates Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting Estate Managers in handling various property-related tasks such as lease management, site acquisitions, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective estate management services.
  • Providing property-related advice for budgeting and financial reporting under the guidance of the Estate Manager.
  • Assisting in managing portfolio expenses, including rent and service charges, while identifying potential cost-saving measures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to estate management activities.
  • Working with internal stakeholders, legal advisors, and vendors to support estate management initiatives.
  • Assisting senior management with various tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates will possess:
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in the property and development sector.
  • Experience working within a team and managing databases, as well as handling financial information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • A minimum of A-Level education in relevant subjects.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or a related field is preferred, along with a commitment to professional growth through training and mentorship.
