Regional Property Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 with a discretionary 5% KPI bonus
Our client, a prestigious and rapidly expanding real estate firm recognized as a leader in the Build to Rent sector, is on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic individual to join their Property Management team as a Regional Property Manager within our residential division based in Stafford.
To be considered for the position of Regional Property Manager, we seek candidates with prior experience in Residential Lettings or a Property Management role. However, we are also open to exceptional candidates with less experience, provided they possess outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone, along with a professional and confident demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a schedule of pre-arranged property viewings and conduct tours of properties within your assigned portfolio.
- Collect feedback post-viewing and communicate offers to the asset management team.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team regarding tenant referencing and ensure prospective tenants submit the required documentation.
- Prepare detailed inventories documenting the condition of properties prior to the start of tenancies.
- Meet new tenants at properties, conduct move-in orientations, and hand over keys and essential information.
- Conduct mid-tenancy property visits to assess conditions, generate brief reports, and share findings with the property manager.
- Engage with current tenants regarding any maintenance issues and liaise with Property Managers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Handle post-appointment administrative tasks, including feedback collection, deal negotiations, report writing, software updates, and collaboration with property managers.
- Previous experience in property management or lettings is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Clean Full UK Driving License.
