About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Support Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our services and registered locations across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide interim and ongoing support to selected services or registered locations, including those with vacant leadership positions.
  • Support the local teams to drive quality of services by effective leadership and promoting best practice in line with our policies and procedures.
  • As designated, take on the registration of support with the relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and delivery of service in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Deliver excellent service in line with quality and commercial expectations.
  • Escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to operational and support function leads.
  • Support the recruitment and induction process for new starters or internal promotions.
  • Be part of the operational regional on-call team, at Tier 3 Level, escalating to senior management as required.
  • Work with external and internal partners, such as health agencies, family stakeholders, and local authorities.
