We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Gas Manager to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and providing expert advice on gas works.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the identification, management, and mitigation of risk, safe working practices, and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer experience, including high levels of performance and productivity, while maximizing value.
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure effective team management.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on gas works and compliance.
- Fully qualified Gas Engineer.
- Holder of SMSTS qualification (desirable).
- Holder of IOSH Managing Safely qualification (desirable).
- Level 4/5 CIH Qualification in Housing (or working towards/prepared to work towards).
- Experience of working within a similar role managing a large central heating programme of works.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of managing contractor relationships.
- Experience of conducting inspections.
- Experience of managing an effective team ensuring compliance.
- Excellent customer care skills and ability to deal with customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
