Job Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by completing repairs in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:
Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region, adhering to high standards of customer care.
Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.

Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.

To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure relevant parts are available for job requirements.

Key Attributes & Requirements:
Gas qualifications are essential for this role, including a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1.
Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required as part of this role.
A friendly and professional attitude is necessary to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
It is essential to complete all necessary criminal and reference checks before starting work with us.
