About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our Property Management team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Viewing Management: Work from a diary of pre-booked viewing appointments and conduct property viewings at properties within your portfolio.
  • Feedback and Offers: Follow up with clients for viewing feedback and put forward offers to the asset management team.
  • Onboarding and Reference Checks: Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure that prospective tenants provide the necessary information for referencing.
  • Inventory Preparation: Prepare inventories that document the condition of a property prior to commencement of a tenancy.
  • Move-In and Move-Out: Meet new tenants at the property, conduct a move-in, show them around their new home, and hand over any keys and information.
  • Mid-Tenancy Visits: Re-visit properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report, and dispatch it to the property manager.
  • Maintenance and Issues: Discuss with tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident, and liaise with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance issues are being looked after and dealt with.
  • Post-Appointment Admin: Chase feedback, agree deals, type up reports, update software, and send out relevant information while working with property managers.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Multitasking and Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
  • Industry Qualifications: Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
  • Driving License: Clean, full UK driving license.
