We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team as a key member of our residential team located in Stafford. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for working with a diary of pre-booked viewing appointments, conducting property viewings, and liaising with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth tenancy process.
Key Responsibilities- Viewing and Feedback: Conduct property viewings, follow up with viewing feedback, and put offers forward to the asset management team.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure that prospective tenants provide the necessary information, and communicate with tenants in occupation regarding maintenance-based issues.
- Inventory Preparation: Prepare inventories that document the condition of a property prior to commencement of a tenancy.
- Move-In and Move-Out: Meet new tenants at the property, conduct a move-in, show them around their new home, and hand over any keys and information.
- Mid-Tenancy Visits: Re-visit properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report, and dispatch it to the property manager.
- Post-Appointment Admin: Chase feedback, agree deals, type up reports, update software, and send out relevant information while working with property managers.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
- Industry Qualifications: Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
- Driving License: Clean, full UK driving license is required.
- Holiday Entitlement: 21 days holiday rising to 26 days holiday over a period of time (excluding bank holidays).
