Job Title: Territory Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings and providing feedback to clients * Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure smooth referencing and tenancy processes * Prepare inventories and conduct move-in/move-out inspections * Meet new tenants at properties and conduct move-in shows * Revisit properties during active tenancies to check on condition and report any issues * Discuss maintenance-based issues with tenants and liaise with property managers to resolve * Perform post-appointment administration, including chasing feedback and updating software The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in property or lettings management is beneficial * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology * Positive and can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service * Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential * Clean Full UK Driving Licence The Benefits: * 21 days holiday rising to 26 days holiday over a period of time (Excluding Bank Holidays) * Contributory pension scheme * Employee of the quarter and year * Annual KPI bonus of up to 5% of your salary * Enhanced maternity/adoption/paternity pay * Paid time off for charity work * Team building activities * A day off for your birthday * Weekly incentives/recognition * Last Friday of the month lunch Working Hours: A successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm with an hour off for lunch.
