About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our Property Management team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings and providing feedback to clients.
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure that prospective tenants provide the necessary information and documentation.
  • Prepare and conduct move-in inspections, ensuring that properties are in good condition and that tenants are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Visit properties midway through tenancies to check on the condition and produce a report for the property manager.
  • Discuss maintenance issues with tenants and liaise with property managers to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Administer post-viewing tasks, including chasing feedback, agreeing deals, and updating software.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Industry qualifications, such as ARLA, are preferred but not essential.
  • A clean full UK driving license is required.

Working Hours

A successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with an hour off for lunch.
