**E-commerce Executive**

We’re looking for an eCommerce Executive who will be a pivotal member of our wider Digital Marketing team. You will report directly to the Marketing and Brand teams to help build our eCommerce content strategy, be involved in innovative creative projects for our website, and build out a cutting edge, global, eCommerce creative roadmap.

The functions within your role will cover styling, managing creative eCommerce projects and being a part of the wider eCommerce and website strategy. We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to help guide and elevate our current operation to the next level as LOVALL continues to grow.

**What the role will entail at LOVALL**:

- Assist in owning the eCommerce creative imagery project portfolio and roadmap.
- Supporting the wider team through implementing guided SEO updates.
- Partner with our Brand & Marketing Team to develop a long term eCommerce imagery strategy.
- Understand our customers and take a creative, research & insight driven approach to digital projects.
- Establish best practices, routines and ways of working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the ambassador of the quality and brand consistency within our eCommerce product imagery.
- Help to maintain a clear focus on key business objectives and creative improvements.
- Help to drive the change, innovation and transformation we want to bring to our eCommerce content and imagery strategy.
- Work closely with the brand team on shoots, briefing content in and ensuring our online presence is as excellent as it can be with curated and well-thought out imagery.
- Work closely with the Brand and Marketing team, using Figma to help assist with the maintaining of website design with core functionality and the customer journey in mind.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to ensure that Love Leggings as a brand is always one step ahead.
- Be industry aware when it comes to aligning content with territories, always considering our global approach and implementing appropriate localisation strategies.
- Support the brand team with selecting content, having web and digital platforms at the forefront of your mind.
- Upload and manage product feeds and images on site.
- Quality check incoming content and feedback any concerns and work with both internally and with external partners on ensuring our content is the best it can be.
- Assist with inventory reports and operations to aid the successful fulfillment of orders.
- Assist with merchandising where necessary.

**Additional required skills**:

- An ambitious individual within eCommerce / Digital marketing, who understands imagery production, and awareness of end to end creative processes.
- Shopify experience would be preferable.
- Basic Figma experience would be preferable.
- Someone with a passion for solving customer problems and developing creative solutions for them.
- Someone who is capable of negotiations and prioritization exercises.
- A brilliant communicator, managing relationships comms within the team and across the wider business with dedication, consistency and clarity.
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work with both creative and operational profiles alike.
- An innovator who sees past legacy challenges and perceived blockers in order to make effective change.
- Passionate about eCommerce, digital marketing and the fashion landscape.
- A progressive thinker with an open mind toward technology, automation and innovation.
- Have an understanding of content processes; from pre-production, to shoot, to edit and delivery.
- Have previously worked with photographers and retouchers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- E-commerce: 2 years (required)
