This is a newly established position where you will take the lead in driving the growth of our most recognized brands, enhancing market presence and brand vitality.

This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to leverage your expertise to devise strategies that outpace competitors and develop product lines that become industry standards.

As a strategic and hands-on contributor, you will oversee all brand-related activities, from conducting customer surveys to strategic brand development and product launches.

Your responsibilities will include planning, recommending, and executing brand communication initiatives, as well as analyzing and reporting on results, KPIs, and ROI across various teams.

You will collaborate within a supportive marketing team that emphasizes personal growth and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:
Actively advocate for and enhance the brands both internally and externally, ensuring they resonate with customers and the market.

Foster knowledge and understanding of our brands through continuous professional development, e-learning, training, and thought leadership, ensuring our brands remain top-of-mind for specifications.

Become the expert on customer personas and user journeys for each brand.

Work closely with product owners and technical teams to ensure compliance with best practices and standards across all brand assets, serving as the go-to expert within the organization.

Create marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring the Brand Book and Design Guidance are consistently accurate and current.

Ideally, you will possess a CIM certificate (level 3 or above) and have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role focused on branding.

Experience with trade shows is also advantageous.

Experience in budget management is essential, along with familiarity with social media platforms.

You should be an effective communicator, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a broader marketing team.
