RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATES:
Our Counter Sales Associates are proactive, set a positive example, and collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor in daily operations.
- Drive trade counter sales to meet targets, effectively communicating product knowledge to clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to both new and existing clients.
- Responsible for picking, loading, and delivering products to customers using Eurocell's 3.5 tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans.
- Plan routes, ensure safe driving, and maintain cleanliness of the Company vehicle.
- Assist the Branch Manager with timely and complete actions and activities.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and achievement of Branch sales targets.
- Foster positive customer relationships while supporting sales targets.
- Aid in the execution of branch operations.
- Provide support to Branch colleagues as needed.
- Maintain branch standards, including warehouse and stock management, cleanliness, and point of sale.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATES:
- Enthusiasm and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- A hands-on, customer-centric approach, confident in serving clients and engaging proactively with potential customers.
- A commercial mindset to drive sales and maximize margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
- Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and industry-standard software such as SAP.
- A full and valid driving license is essential; a FLT license is a distinct advantage.
- Previous experience in branch stock management is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a small team and occasionally independently.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC environment is advantageous.
