Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients
  • Handle a substantial volume of incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage email correspondence effectively
  • Process customer transactions accurately
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and information
  • Engage with customers through emails and live chat platforms
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably within a call center or office environment. They should thrive in a fast-paced setting, working towards both individual and team performance metrics. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers. The candidate must be adept at multitasking while ensuring precision and attention to detail in their responsibilities. Proficiency in IT applications is also crucial for this role.
