Your New Role

We are seeking skilled plumbers, heating engineers, and domestic gas engineers to join our team as maintenance technicians. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for carrying out response and planned maintenance on social housing contracts. This will involve working on plumbing, heating, and gas systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out response and planned maintenance on social housing contracts
  • Work on plumbing, heating, and gas systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
