Position Overview:

In light of our ambitious expansion objectives, we are significantly increasing the size of our customer support division to ensure we maintain exceptional service levels for all clients. The customer support team serves as the initial point of contact for all inquiries, utilizing both telephonic and electronic communication methods. Primary Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients
  • Handle a substantial volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently
  • Process customer payments accurately
  • Update customer accounts and information as necessary
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably within a call center or office environment. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced setting, meeting both personal and team service level agreements. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers when needed. The candidate must be adept at multitasking while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in their responsibilities. Proficiency in IT is also a critical requirement for this position.
