Role Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst to aid in comprehending market trends and generating revenue insights, enabling us to achieve our growth ambitions and positively impact a million learners. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education and analytics, understanding the significance of data and market context in driving favorable commercial results.
This position offers a distinctive chance to engage with both our B2B and B2C sectors, each presenting numerous growth avenues. You will delve into extensive data sets to pinpoint performance and behavioral influencers, playing a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and automate KPI reporting to enable teams and stakeholders to monitor performance and proactively address changes.
- Utilize SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytical tools to assess data from various sources and identify factors influencing commercial performance.
- Enhance internal data with external market research to deliver a comprehensive perspective on market opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other revenue teams to understand the underlying processes of the data and identify potential analytical challenges.
- Communicate findings to diverse stakeholders in a manner that facilitates decision-making and drives revenue outcomes.
- Prepare analytical materials to support regular business planning and forecasting activities, including pricing assessments and new product introductions.

Candidate Profile
- Ability to work from our London office at least 2+ days per week.
- 1-3 years of experience in a business, commercial, or revenue analyst role within a technology company.
- A strong affinity for data, comfortable with both SQL queries for one-off analyses and building forecasting models in Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying data inaccuracies to present conclusions that drive optimal outcomes.
- Ability to translate ambiguous commercial inquiries into defined analytical problems and present findings to stakeholders with varying needs.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and revenue operations, with the ability to connect market context to numerical data.
- Familiarity with data querying and visualization tools, as well as CRM reporting (Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in gathering analytical requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Edtech, SaaS, or marketplace environments is a plus, but not essential.
