Position Overview:

Job Title: Client Relations Coordinator

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Ellesmere Port
  • Compensation: Approximately £23,400

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for both potential and current clients. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service to all internal and external stakeholders by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

The client relations team collaborates with the internal registration department and engages directly with clients to ensure they have all necessary resources to embark on their journey without any interruptions.

The main objective is to provide outstanding client experiences throughout every phase of their engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all client interactions in our database
  • Recognize and assign client complaints, initiating necessary follow-up actions to address client or supplier issues
  • Manage specific retailer inquiries and tailored registration needs to fulfill client expectations and ensure thorough tracking of samples to meet retailer performance indicators
  • Provide support to the overall client services function as needed
  • Follow up on purchase order requirements and ensure they are entered into the system as necessary
  • Identify and comprehend client needs to assist them throughout their journey.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly, with appropriate follow-up, and communicate relevant issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the client to ensure our offerings align with their needs
  • Continuously assess and provide feedback on opportunities to enhance internal processes for an improved client experience.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess relevant experience in a similar capacity and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additionally, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to varying work hours
  • Effective communication abilities
