As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for both potential and current clients. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

The client relations team collaborates with the internal registration department and directly engages with clients to ensure they receive all necessary support to embark on their journey seamlessly.

The ultimate goal is to provide outstanding customer experiences throughout every phase of the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all client interactions in our database.
  • Receive and categorize customer complaints, initiating necessary follow-up actions to address client or supplier issues.
  • Manage specific retailer clients and tailored registration needs to fulfill client expectations and enable thorough tracking of samples to meet retailer performance indicators.
  • Provide assistance and support to the overall client services team as needed.
  • Monitor purchase order requirements and ensure they are accurately entered into the system.
  • Identify and comprehend client needs to facilitate their journey.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and highlighting relevant issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the client to ensure our products and services align with their needs.
  • Continuously assess and suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess relevant experience in a similar capacity and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additionally, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability regarding working hours.
  • Effective communication abilities.
