Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, informing strategic decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in client relationship management or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
