Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ellesmere Port. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Broaden and deepen relationships with existing clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with senior management to prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
