About the Role

The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, including international clients. This involves understanding their needs and delivering high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data for accurate cost estimation, considering workforce needs, mission complexity, and resource allocation.
  • Solution Development:
    • Address client complaints and communicate solutions, while continuously proposing technical improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Set individual and team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to develop team skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in client relationship management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and relevant quality systems.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
