Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, driving business outcomes, and supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Business Outcomes: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations cases, including complex issues, to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, preferably in a highly customer-centric or retail environment.
  • Skills: Proven experience in managing employee relations cases, including complex issues; ability to work with data and provide insights; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, persuade, and influence.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Working Hours
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm.
