About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic events team at Delinian Corporate Level. As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving delegate attendance and revenue for our outstanding events in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Convert Leads: Utilize sales tools to identify and qualify high-potential leads, showcasing the value proposition of our conferences and converting them into registered delegates.
  • Develop Event Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our events' content and benefits to effectively convey their value to prospects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Share audience insights with the marketing and production teams to continuously improve event offerings and sales strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Attend training sessions to stay current on industry trends and refine your sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the events industry, with a strong ability to communicate with senior leaders over the phone.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or Hubspot as a daily tool.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to track and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
