Field Sales Account Manager - Construction Materials

Position Summary: In the role of Field Sales Account Manager, you will oversee existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the construction materials sector. Your collaboration with wholesalers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders will be essential in driving sales and meeting revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Enhance and maintain relationships with current clients.

Assess their requirements, offer product suggestions, and ensure prompt order processing.

Evaluate account performance and resolve any issues swiftly.

Business Development:

Identify and engage potential clients and prospects in the construction materials market.

Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis.

Showcase our product range and negotiate agreements.

Sales Performance:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Market Awareness:

Remain updated on industry developments, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Utilize this information to refine your sales tactics.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in field sales and account management within the construction materials industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Capability to operate independently and effectively manage your territory.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving or surpassing targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
