**Job Summary:**

UBT is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in North and North-West Wales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Visits:
    • Conduct daily visits to existing customers to maintain relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Identify and engage with new potential clients to generate quotes and build new business.
  • Key Account Management:
    • Meet with key accounts daily to ensure that top customers are visited regularly.
    • Plan and schedule key account visits for maximum effectiveness.
  • New Business Development:
    • Target distributors such as industrial paint suppliers, tool shops, and car parts factors.
    • Seek out end-user opportunities such as industrial paint finishing facilities and automotive body shops.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Input meeting notes into CRM systems immediately after appointments.
    • Forward confirmed orders and quotes to the internal team for processing.
    • Apply flexible pricing strategies to ensure a minimum of 30% gross profit.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales professional, preferably in industrial tools, paint equipment, or automotive supplies.
  • Account management experience maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a target of 10 face-to-face meetings per day.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
