We are currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Blocks division. This position is ideal for candidates residing in the North region.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance a designated sales territory, focusing on new business growth to achieve established sales objectives, including volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for both new and existing clients in the North region.
  • Organize sales and appointment initiatives.
  • Create a pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Identify opportunities for premium product offerings.
  • Assist in executing Key Account Plans within the territory.
  • Build relationships with Internal Sales Representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Sales team to uncover and develop sales opportunities.
  • Support the internal sales team in managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries and complaints as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
The Ideal Candidate

Must possess a proven track record in field sales.

  • Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Located in the North region.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Account Management.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and numerical proficiency.
  • Adept at analyzing data.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting relationships with key and potential clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational abilities for effective daily time management.
