About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across the North region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market penetration and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in the North region, focusing on independent free trade and groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pubs, bars, restaurants, and wholesalers, ensuring long-term, sustainable partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to maximize market penetration in the North region.
  • Work closely with key decision-makers, presenting our diverse range of products and services.
  • Attend industry events, tastings, and trade shows to promote our brand and build networks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance, reporting regularly to the Sales Manager and developing solutions to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in on-trade sales within the beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the independent free trade market and the hospitality sector.
  • A genuine passion for the industry and a strong understanding of the market.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and drive sales growth across a large geographical area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Based in or near the North region.
