Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Executive - Groups, Meetings & Events to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Conduct site visits to showcase the hotels and their amenities
  • Conduct post-event calls to obtain feedback and secure repeat business

Requirements

  • Background in delivering a similar service in a 5-star environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM and reservations systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Understanding of how to manage a team and appreciate diversity of colleagues and guests
