About the Role

The Cumberland is seeking a highly skilled Meetings and Events Sales Executive to join our team. As a Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our Meeting and Events facilities to prospective clients and acting as the main point of contact for coordinating their events.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to deliver exceptional service. Our Meetings and Events teams are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and paying attention to every detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote our Meeting and Events facilities
  • Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth
