The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meeting and Events Sales Executive to join our team at Thistle City Barbican. As a key member of our Meetings and Events team, you will be responsible for promoting our facilities to prospective clients and coordinating their events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate events from initial enquiry to event delivery, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
