Meetings and Events Sales Executive

The Kingsley by Thistle is a 4-star hotel with 129 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. As a Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel's meeting and events facilities to prospective clients and coordinating their events. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the hotel's meeting and events facilities to prospective clients
- Coordinate events and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Highly guest-focused with a passion for great service
- Comfortable in a front-line role facing the public
- Empathetic and able to build relationships
