The Role

Are you an experienced campaign marketing professional with a track record of success?

Do you possess expertise in account-based marketing strategies that have driven growth?

Have you implemented demand generation initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple channels?

We are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to collaborate closely with our market leaders, global marketing team, and the Global Head of Growth. In this role, you will execute demand generation strategies aimed at driving brand expansion and enhancing customer interaction across various platforms. You should have a history of developing, launching, and managing innovative campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to business growth.

This position reports to the Global Head of Growth. We welcome candidates from around the globe, provided you are comfortable working European hours and are near a We Are Social office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize account-based marketing and technology tools such as 6Sense and Salesforce to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in digital marketing trends to improve campaign ROI.
  • Execute an account-based marketing playbook that boosts new business acquisitions.
  • Refine targeting and positioning strategies to enhance lead generation efficiency.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to create a cohesive market strategy that elevates campaign success rates.
  • Align on market opportunities, messaging, and audience targeting to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.
  • Launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns that significantly increase lead acquisition.
  • Enhance overall engagement rates through targeted email marketing, social media, webinars, content syndication, and digital advertising.

Additional Qualifications

  • Design and implement nurture campaigns that improve lead conversion rates.
  • Advance customer journey progression, facilitating leads moving deeper into the sales funnel.
  • Analyze customer behavior patterns to enhance segmentation and targeting accuracy.
  • Boost customer engagement through tailored marketing strategies informed by behavioral insights.
  • Possess experience as a Campaign Marketing Manager or in account-based marketing within an agency, startup, or entrepreneurial setting.
