The Opportunity

Aeo Connect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our campaign operations team. As the Head of Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for managing the overall pipeline of client projects, ensuring effective planning and allocation of delivery resources to meet client deadlines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage the overall pipeline of client projects, ensuring effective planning and allocation of delivery resources to meet client deadlines and objectives.
  • Kick-off Processes: Lead and run kick-off processes with clients, ensuring clear communication of objectives and appropriate resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of customer success resources, ensuring they are trained to drive project success and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date data on clients and progress tracking within our delivery system.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a strong foundation for our delivery, building and managing relationships, and ensuring all aspects of delivery run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Marketing Services: Focus on the delivery of marketing services, from single product campaigns to complex multi-product campaigns over varying timelines.
  • Business Strategy: Support leadership with broader business objectives, setting departmental plans, driving required business behaviours, and contributing to strategy development.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage a team effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience within the gaming industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with a focus on planning, organisation, and resource allocation.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building abilities to maintain and grow client and internal team relationships.
  • Customer Focus: Sharp focus on customer objectives and outcomes, prioritizing efforts and resources accordingly.
  • Adaptability: Energetic and proactive approach, driving success and continuous improvement.
