About the Role

Bodhi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and developing campaign requirements, coordinating campaign activity, and providing campaign briefs to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop campaign requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaign activity between European regions and head office, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Campaign Briefing: Provide campaign briefs to the operations team, acting as a liaison between the team and wider clients.
  • Taxi Coordination: Coordinate Taxi (the CMS) for communications, ensuring effective campaign execution.
  • Insight Analysis: Provide insights to inform business decisions across our European CRM division, leveraging data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing colleagues, strategists, agencies, and campaign delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders, ensuring campaign performance is optimized.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, ensuring continuous campaign optimization.
Requirements
  • Adobe Campaign Experience: 2+ years' experience using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a non-technical way.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement campaign strategies that drive business results.
Desired Qualifications
  • Adobe Campaign Certification: Adobe Campaign certification, preferably Business Practitioner.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in connected technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, Workflows, Data management, and JavaScript.
  • Qlik Data Analytics: Experience with Qlik data analytics.
  • Estimations and PM Methodologies: Familiarity with estimations and PM methodologies.
  • Training Experience: Experience in training and development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry.
  • Global Experience: Global or European experience an advantage.
