As we embark on an exciting new chapter, we are pleased to announce the formation of a customer marketing team, which includes three key roles: Head of Customer Marketing, Customer Engagement Campaign Manager, and Partnerships Campaign Manager. This team will be instrumental in developing and executing a customer-focused strategy that enhances the user journey and maximizes engagement across our various content and service offerings. These positions are crucial for expanding our audience and connecting with our customers to support their emotional well-being.

The Customer Engagement Campaign Manager will be tasked with designing and executing marketing initiatives aimed at boosting customer interaction with all direct-to-consumer products and services, including books, therapy, and subscriptions.

The ideal candidate will leverage a range of paid and direct marketing channels to engage both new and existing customers, enhance brand awareness, convert leads into customers, and foster customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a paid marketing strategy across all digital platforms, including organic, display, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
  • Drive web traffic and conversions across publishing, therapy, and subscription services.
  • Analyze and report on data to assess campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
  • Guide customers through defined journeys within the School of Life offerings, responding to behaviors and milestones to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Manager to implement email/SMS campaigns for subscribers.

Measurable Objectives:

Subscriptions: Acquisitions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Web: Traffic, Cost Per Click (CPC), ROAS, Conversion Rates, Average Spend per Customer, Number of Bookings (across publishing, therapy, and open enrollment courses)

Email & SMS: Database growth, Open Rates, Unsubscribes, Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversions (subscriptions, purchases, bookings)

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in campaign-driven roles, encompassing paid marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing, executing, and managing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience in marketing both physical and digital products and services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills to effectively convey messages.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and the ability to utilize analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
