About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Bodhi. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retention strategies and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM Manager role, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Expertise in CRM software and data-driven customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with major CRM tools, including Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining HTML templates, with a focus on user experience and design.
  • A solid understanding of the complete user lifecycle, including knowledge of other marketing channels and products.
