ServiceNow Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team at Konversational, a boutique consultancy specializing in ServiceNow solutions. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions in partnership with our customers, and for creating top-class experiences for both our customers and our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead consulting and project engagements throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, successfully delivering the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of the project delivery team.
- Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables.
- Provide expert process leadership in workshops designing and planning business and ITIL processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Excellent track record in leading strategic projects.
- Formal ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience in managing client engagements through pre-sales, sales, delivery, and expansion.
- Expert project management skills.
- An ability to manage the financial, resourcing, planning, risk, and quality aspects required to deliver a successful client technology program.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Expert presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication skills – written and oral, virtual and face-to-face.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets.
- Ability to foster team collaboration and delivery in an Agile environment.
- Mentor mindset.
