About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team at Konversational - The ServiceNow Customer Workflow Experts. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementations of ServiceNow in a consulting environment, with a focus on delivering seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions for a range of customers, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.
  • Develop and maintain extensive technical product expertise on the ServiceNow suite of solutions and capabilities.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all ServiceNow technical solutions and offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow projects, with a focus on technical excellence.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) products and services.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Certified ITSM and/or CSM Implementation Specialist.
  • Proficient in development and/or consultancy experience with enterprise-level SaaS software solutions.
