Job Description

Drive business growth and customer engagement as the CRM Campaign Operations Manager at The LEGO Group.

As part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising CRM campaigns to drive revenue and overall engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to encourage customer visits and purchases across various channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of campaign execution and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data selections, content, segmentation, personalisation, automation, and quality assurance.
  • Liaise with agency partners and coordinate with CRM Hub, CRM Proposition, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Implement standard processes for CRM campaign operations, including data selections, content selection, testing, and execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, including data discrepancies and system errors.
  • Ensure the highest standards with accurate and disciplined quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM campaign management or a similar role.
  • Successful history of managing and performing effective CRM campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and campaign management tools (preferably Salesforce).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
