About You:

  • You possess relevant experience in the service industry, ideally in roles such as customer service representative or sales consultant
  • You demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, excelling in direct client interactions
  • You exhibit confidence and charm, with a strong sales orientation
  • You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • You have excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients
  • You hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of 12 months driving experience

Your Responsibilities:

In your capacity as a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will enhance the rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for each client. You will provide expert advice to both commercial and private customers while delivering exceptional face-to-face service. As a knowledgeable representative of our vehicle fleet, you will guide customers on available protection options and additional services. Furthermore, you may assist with vehicle management tasks as needed.
