Deliver an exceptional customer journey
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee that every client receives unparalleled service.
- Welcome clients in a prompt, genuine, and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, assist in size selection, and offer honest, informed feedback regarding product style and fit.
Drive business success
- Meet sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment.
- Pursue new product insights within the fashion industry, particularly in activewear, to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
- Support project completion while maintaining a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Communicate inventory requirements to align with business objectives.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure the sales floor is replenished each evening.
- Partner with management on inventory oversight.
- Maintain cleanliness in the retail space regularly, including floors and restrooms.
- Understand and implement cash handling procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash management.
- Assist in the execution and upkeep of all merchandising and visual presentation directives.
- Ensure the sales area is tidy, organized, and consistently reflects the desired visual standards.
- Identify and relay product issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to foster relationships with clients and team members.
