We are thrilled to present an opportunity for you to become a Senior Executive for Campaigns and Channel Engagement. In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of various Products and Campaigns (including Relay, Stand Up To Cancer, Business Beats Cancer, and new initiatives) through our regional teams, effectively implementing strategies that will benefit both the channel and the broader organization.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Product and Programme Managers to support the strategic vision of products, campaigns, and initiatives, while engaging relevant internal stakeholders by utilizing insights from our Supporters and Communities teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful operational implementation of strategies across campaigns and the product portfolio (including Relay), meeting essential milestones.
  • Analyze audience needs, customizing delivery to maximize engagement, and uncovering new opportunities to enhance existing activities for improved performance.
  • Manage project timelines, monitor progress against milestones, assist internal teams in executing the plan, and hold relevant stakeholders accountable.
  • Develop reporting and communication frameworks in collaboration with internal stakeholders to evaluate regional performance.
  • Partner with the Business Operations Manager to aid in the creation of regional plans, interim performance assessments, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Contribute to shaping internal and supporter-facing communications to boost overall engagement with campaigns and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the production of supporter-oriented fundraising materials, budget oversight, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for campaign inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Identify and support recommendations for the future enhancement of campaigns and products in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate channel and audience development as appropriate, identifying and cultivating initiatives to effectively implement Product & Portfolio strategies.
  • Work in collaboration with other teams across the organization and within Supporter Led Fundraising to ensure a consistent and seamless experience for all supporters.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of working under tight deadlines and managing personal workload effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with extensive experience in stakeholder management at all levels, fostering collaboration and gaining buy-in.
  • Proficient in project management and/or innovation processes, with the capability to plan effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within a high-performing team, consistently achieving and surpassing KPIs and targets while delivering high-quality operational support.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Understanding of fundraising and fundraising pipelines.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and a willingness to learn about basic fundraising policies and regulations.
