About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Account Manager to join our Channel Solutions Team. As a Senior Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client campaigns/projects on brief, on time and on budget, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Marketing: Focus on developing and executing go-to-market programs for channel partners, including For, To, and Thru marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Project Management: Lead the execution of marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Marketing Metrics and ROI: Understand and implement campaign metrics, measurement, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Services and Production: Understand and implement marketing services and production processes, including design, digital media, and print.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Background: Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the technology or channel sector.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Channel Partner Marketing Experience: Experience in the channel partner marketing landscape, with a proven track record of developing partner marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Marketing Disciplines and Techniques: Experience across a range of marketing disciplines and techniques, including digital media, print, and design.
  • Marketing Agency Experience: Proven experience working in a marketing agency environment.
  • Client Relationship Building: Strong client relationship building skills to deliver excellent customer service.
